HALLOWEEN HAS COME EARLY!
Have you seen Punky Pins halloween collection yet? If not you should head over there right now and go check it out because they have well and truly outdone themselves this year! The collection consists of thirteen, yes thirteen, brand new spooky pins that will soon get you and your style into the halloween spirit.
If you haven't heard of Punky Pins before they are a British brand that create fun and quirky enamel pins, stickers & iron on patches. They are mostly know for their pop culture inspired pins of which they have hundreds to choose from. So no matter what your style there is something for everyone!
I love to customise and style my outfits to make them look unique and more me. Enamel pins are a brilliant way to vamp up a plain item of clothing or accessory, it can make something a lot more original, unique and interesting. My favourite thing about pins though is that they are temporary. I'm forever changing my mind when it comes to my clothes, when I get bored of a t-shirt I'll simply turn it into a crop top, but this is a pretty permanent way to customise you garments. However pins can give you a lot more changeable options and are so versatile, you can pin them to anything from hats and bags to jackets and t-shirts, there are so many possibilities.
I was kindly gifted the entire halloween collection from Punky Pins but for this particular look I couldn't decide which ones to wear as I wanted to show them all off! A great way to do this is by putting them on a bag. I had this plain backpack lying around for a while and I knew I wanted to do something with it, so I ended up just covering it in pins. It's given the bag a new lease of life, and I can change it up whenever I want too. I've also placed the 'My bitches are witches' pin onto the front of my beanie. I love how this looks, it is such a simple but effective way to refresh an old hat.
As for the rest of the look I went for a really grungy vibe. I found this gorgeous Zara dress on Depop sold by fellow blogger Kimberly also known as Sister Of The Moon. (Go check her out, her style is on point!) I will definitely be wearing this lots over the next few months, I love its oversized fit and have you noticed it has pockets! What more can I ask for in a dress!? Finally I finished off the outfit with my favourite pair of platform heels and a few bits of jewellery.
I have to say I am loving this outfit so much right now! It is perfect for autumn and so comfy to wear. I also can't wait to style these pins up some more so keep your eyes peeled to see how I style them next.
