I cannot believe that July is over already, where has this year gone!?

So this is the first of my monthly series, something I've been meaning to do for a while now. At the end of each month I'll be sharing with you the products I love and have been using the most over the last four weeks.

Here is July's favourites...

VANS SK8 HI PLATFORM

I practically lived in VANS trainers when I was a teenager, collecting all the different designs and limited editions, you could say it's where my shoe obsession began!

So when I saw this twist on the classic hi top I couldn't resist! I live for platform shoes, I have so many but these platform trainers are definitely one of my favourites. They are comfy, practical and a great everyday shoe, they just look so damn cool, I love them so much!

MAKEUP REVOLUTION ULTRA EYE CONTOUR - LIGHT & SHADE PALETTE

Usually I'm all about a strong eyebrow and simple, clean cat eye, but recently I've been wanting to play around with a more smokey eye. This Makeup Revolution palette was perfect for what I wanted to do, it has these lovely nude and rusty tones and at £8 what's not to like! The colours are very buildable and blend really well, it's such a great little palette to have around.

CAMO LONGLINE T-SHIRT

Camo is everywhere at the moment, particularly in menswear which is where I got this t-shirt from. I really like the camo trend so when I found this longline t-shirt in Primark I thought it would look great as a oversized t-shirt dress. By buying a mens large it gave me the perfect length and oversized look, this is such a cheep way to get a dress, it only cost me £7 and it can be styled in so many ways! It's definitely one way to keep cool this summer.

OVERSIZED DISTRESSED JUMPER

Yes I brought a jumper in the midst of summer but if you have ever lived in England you'll know how unpredictable the weather can be, you have to be prepared for all eventualities.

So my inner goth found this lovely distressed jumper in Primark would you believe. I love how minimal it is, it really draws the eye to the distressed detailing. This is something I can chuck in my bag to put on when weather takes a turn for the worst as it will go with pretty much anything and is great for layering.

ROSE G CREEPERS

I went a bit crazy on shoes this month, I brought these creepers at the same time as my VANS as I couldn't choose between the two!

These shoes are just beautiful, I love the embroidery on the sides and the chunky platform. They are so comfy too as they are lined with a plush fake fur. I've pretty much been wearing these in rotation with my VANS all month. You can see how I've styled them in my latest outfit post here.

BODYSUITS

I found this mesh bodysuit on BOOHOO.com for £12, this sort of thing is always good to have in your wardrobe as it can be styled in so many different ways. What I wanted to use it for was to go underneath t-shirts or dresses. This would look great under the camo t-shirt dress I brought, bringing to the outfit another dimension and giving it texture to make it instantly more interesting.

Whilst on BOOHOO I found this other body that I just loved, I don't normally go for plunges but this bodysuit just looked so good! and I really like how there is a choker attached to it too. This works so well with a pair of high waisted jeans or shorts and can even be layered with the other body if you didn't want to show off as much skin.

So that was my favourites for the month. I hope you enjoyed this post, I will try my best to stick to these monthly favourites as it's nice to break up the outfit posts a bit. Let me know if you want to see more of this sort of thing!

Thanks for reading!
