Spring is finally here with its warmer days and lighter evenings, I am loving it, goodbye winter!
With all that being said spring can be one of the most unpredictable seasons as far as the weather goes, so it can become a bit of a chore when it comes to choosing a suitable outfit.

For this look I decided to go for a sweater, it's a great alternative for a jacket still keeping you warm but much less cumbersome. This sweater has got a bit of a sport luxe vibe going on, I really like the minimal geometric pattern and absolutely love this colour combination. Under this I am wearing a high neck, grey bodysuit from Primark, what I love about this is the little zip detail on the neck, this peeps over the sweater giving a hint of what's underneath. Lightweight layering is the perfect trend to try out this season.

As for the shoes, these have to be my best charity shop find of the year so far. I was looking at these boots some time ago in River Island but at £45 they were a bit too much for me at the time, so when I saw these in the window of my local charity shop I just had to check them out. Well it must've been my lucky day as they were in my size, brand new with all the labels still intact and the best part is that they only cost me £10!
The most notable feature of these boots is the cut out sides, they add another dimension to an outfit, in this instance they reveal my socks which tie in with the colour scheme of my sweater bringing the whole look together. They would also look great with some fishnets and can even be worn without socks or tights giving the shoe more of a sandle like feel.

I finished off this look with a pair of ripped jeans, my cat-eye sunglasses and a bowler hat I found in the Primark sale for £2!

Overall I feel that with this outfit I found a happy medium, it's comfy, stylish and can be easily adapted to the unpredictable weather.

How do you dress for spring?
